Super quick pancakes muffins

I don’t know if there are a thousand people making this already, but I just had this idea the other day, when I didn’t had time to make regular pancakes. Neat idea right?

Make sure you get the pancake mix that you only have to add water to make every thing easier.

Prepare the mixture and spray a mini muffin pan with Pam spray and pour the mixture slowly into it and bake it at 350 to 400 degrees depending on your oven for 18 minutes or less.

Just pour syrup on it and you are done!

You can make a lot of this on your free time and just freeze it. You can customize it adding what you like in it, for example chocolate chips, etc. My kids love this muffins, they are now part of the family 🙂
Enjoy!

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD,
the people he chose for his inheritance.
(Psalms 33:12 (NIV))

Contrary to what the media, the courts and our elitist universities say, this country was founded upon a firm belief in God. It is true that the early explorers were looking to get rich, but the people who did settle here came so that they could worship as they were lead, instead of how the government or the church told them to.

I am sure that all throughout our history, many people who were not believers came to this country, however, they all had a solid core of values that they shared.

I had so much fun making this cute canvas. When it comes to crafts I want to try everything but I just discovered that painting is one of my favorite things to do. Here is one of my latest creations:

Picky eaters

My 5 years old daughter never wanted to eat jello, she refused crying to even taste it and in this school break I took her to the kitchen with me to let her do most of the preparation of the jello and after we finished and putted it in the fridge to cool down she was counting the hours for it to be ready to eat it. I was amazed and now I can’t wait to cook other food that she doesn’t like with her . Maybe that was the trick to have her help make it then she will eat it. That was awesome!!
